Today is a great day! Day 8 of FIP treatment and the turn-around has started and it’s a helluva sight! I think we’ve turned the corner.

Things are definitely improving and it’s becoming very obvious. I Haven’t seen her eat this much in a long while, she almost completely finished her bowl of wet food right after snacking on dry food. She must be making up for all days where she barely ate. Understandable, since her belly was so full of fluid it was pushing on every organ in her body, including her already little stomach.

Her nose is very wet now, to the point where its drenching part of her face. Her body is running hot, but the fever has started to subside. The pink in her gums is starting to come back in slight shades, the jaundice is fading. So much good news but she still only likes to sit in the corner watching YouTube Cat TV by herself. This is her favorite one, as it’s live 24/7 and 4k. Tried a few other but she seems to like this the most.

@ 0600: 1/2 Pred with food
@ 0700: 1.6ml medicine
@ 1600: Saline solution
@ 1630: 1.6ml medicine
@ 1730: 1/2 tab Pred with food
@ 2030: 1/4 tab of 100mg Doxycycline Hyclate with 3ml water flush+
@ 2200: Amino B-Plex
@ 2204: Temp @ 37.3c
